Stress and "out of comfort zone" situations - Management and attitude

Survival workshops (finding and filtering water, sheltering, managing body temperature, coping in nature, food, etc.)

Introduction to map reading

First aid - Prevention and reflex actions

Quick approach to well-being in nature (breathing, posture, walking techniques, etc.)
